Melting Essence Creations is registered at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include 5% VAT where indicated. An order is accepted once payment is received or, for cash on delivery, once we confirm the order. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or if the listed price was incorrect.

Promotional codes, member pricing, first-order, referral and festival offers cannot be combined unless stated. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets and draughts, and burn on a heat resistant surface. Diffuser oils should not be ingested and may damage finished surfaces if spilled.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
