Refunds & cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of being placed, or any time before they are dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp +971 52 977 2742 or by email with your order number.

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept burned candles, opened diffuser oils or personalised items.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Custom, private-label and bespoke scent orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made to your specification.
