How long does delivery take?: Orders across the UAE arrive within 24–48 hours. Store pickup in Sharjah is usually ready the same day.
Do your prices include VAT?: Yes. Every price is shown both inclusive and exclusive of the 5% UAE VAT so you always know the net figure.
Which payment methods can I use?: Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery within the UAE.
Do you ship outside the UAE?: Yes — we ship across the GCC and worldwide. International rates are quoted at checkout.
Can I order corporate gifts?: We produce branded gift sets from 25 units and full private-label runs from 200 units per scent.
How long do the candles burn?: Between 28 and 65 hours depending on size. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
How long does a reed diffuser last?: Around 8–12 weeks for 200ml, longer in cooler, enclosed rooms. Flip the reeds weekly.
