We collect the name, email address, mobile number and delivery address you provide when placing an order or creating an account, along with order history and basic usage data from our website.

Your details are used to process and deliver orders, send order, payment and delivery updates by email, WhatsApp and SMS, provide support, and — with your consent — send occasional marketing about new releases and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers or security codes on our servers.

We share data only with the couriers, payment and messaging providers needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data.
